Can I take my court-mandated DUI course online?
Some out-of-state courses claim to be approved within Arizona, but they generally require pre-approval and may not be valid when you try to submit your certificate. Don’t waste time and money! Make sure your course is approved by the state of Arizona.
Other DUI classes advertised within the state as “online” must be attended virtually during a scheduled live class. They do not offer the convenience of this one-of-a-kind course which is accessible on your schedule 24/7/365. Scottsdale Treatment Institute is approved statewide with license #1040398.

Convenient courses
Available 24/7/365! Our classes work around your busy schedule. All you need is a computer with high-speed Internet, iPad, iPhone or Android, and a quiet space without distractions so you can concentrate on the material. Some lessons contain videos, keep a headset close by if audio could be a problem for anyone nearby. The lessons are timed, we recommend you complete each lesson and quiz (they’re short!) before taking a break.
Court friendly
To comply with court requirements, our online DUI classes include time restrictions before proceeding to the next lesson. You will have plenty of time to read, absorb and complete each lesson and quiz. The goal is for you to comply with the number of hours of education mandated by the court but also to benefit from what you learn and reduce the risk of getting behind the wheel of a vehicle when you’re under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guaranteed to Pass!
You can retake the final test as many times as needed, and it’s an “open book”!
There is a pre-test at the beginning to test your current knowledge and find out what you need to learn along with questions and answers throughout the lessons.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successfully completing all lessons in each course and passing the post-test, you will be able to access and download your certificate to take to court. It will generate information provided at the time of registration.
Please have your court or citation documents available for reference during registration.
